Gotta love you some Sal's! Our waitress Marina did an outstanding job. This young man Nico was terrific. He was very attentive to us and everyone around us frequently checking in and making sure your glass was always full. Food was amazing as usual.
Sal's is my #1 mexican food spot in the central valley & i wish there was one in the bay area! i've been eating Sal's for over 20 years (yes, i'm dating myself), & the best thing about them is CONSISTENCY! I have always enjoyed my meals at Sal's & so has everyone that I've dined with. My favorites are the chile verde plate (no other place in the world has beaten their chile verde), the chimichanga, chicken enchiladas, sample platter & of course their famous home made chips & salsa! their servers are always kind & attentive. the restaurant gives a comfort homey feeling. i love going here whenever I visit family! it always fills the void.
A cozy entrance to walk into. As soon as we sat down there were chips and salsa on the table! Our server came in within a minute to get the drink order and came back in no time. A lady took the food order and was very attentive and knowledgeable of the food items when we asked about them. I enjoyed the enchilada a lot. I appreciate how well the restaurant worked as a team in every aspect of the experience
